Child Sexual Exploitation: A Compendium of Training, Aravinda Kosarju and Dalia Hawley (CROP 2009)
A compendium of available specialist training on child sexual exploitation in England and Wales compiled by CROP as part of the research and development work funded by the Department for Children, Schools and Families. It is based on a six month survey audit of CSE training conducted during 2008–09.

The training audit covers training offered by local safeguarding children boards, voluntary organisations and police forces. It lists available training nationally across nine regions in England and Wales, and provides specific details including who the training is for, what the training covers, how to access it and what training resources have been developed by different agencies offering CSE training.

A Guide to Parent Support Work, Aravinda Kosarju (CROP 2008)
A worker’s guide to supporting parents affected by the sexual exploitation of their children covering parent reflections, the nature of sexual grooming and exploitation, issues surrounding parent support work, how workers can support parents, case studies, sexual exploitation and the law, and recommended reading.

STOP! She’s My Daughter, Christine Miles (CROP 2007)
A book in which mothers of abuse victims share their stories of sexual grooming and exploitation in the UK, including reflections on the grooming process, the price of justice, a system that fails parents, the impact of child sexual exploitation on families, the ultimate price victims of child sexual exploitation pay, and an overview of child sexual exploitation and the law.

A Work in Progress, Parents Children and Pimps: Families Speak Out About Sexual Exploitation, Aravinda Kosaraju (CROP 2005)
A comprehensive research report together with parents’ personal accounts which details CROP’s work, the demographic profile of families supported by CROP, the nature and impact of sexual grooming and exploitation, and the interventions required to end sexual exploitation.

Advice to Parents (3rd edn), Adele Weir (CROP 2004)
An informative booklet for parents and carers which examines the nature of exploitative relationships, warning signs, steps parents can take, the role and duties of statutory and voluntary agencies, and the application of relevant civil and criminal legislation.

A Guide to the Sexual Offences Act 2003, Adele Weir (CROP 2004)
A booklet providing an overview of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and the provisions relevant to acts and behaviour associated with child sexual exploitation. Methods of trial, penalties and sexual offender notification requirements are also discussed
